Infinite Strength supports single mothers battling Metastatic Breast Cancer. The goal at Infinite Strength is to help single moms with MBC by providing monthly financial assistance for basic human needs: A roof over their head, warmth in the cold, food on the table. Their goal is to give these women and their children HOPE that they are not alone.
To showcase the portrait experience:
You’ll be interviewed by Kelley after the photoshoot to highlight your story. Participants will have access to the questions ahead of time.
That interview and portraits may be shared on my website and/or social media.
Before and After makeover images, and Behind the Scenes images/videos may be used on social media with permission of the participant.

MY “WHY”
When I was 10, I would sit on my bed with a calculator and see how old I would be in certain years. I remember calculating that in the year 2018 I would turn 50. 50!? My mother wasn’t even that old at the time. I thought, wow, that’s OLD. Little did I know that at 50, I would celebrate by having my own photoshoot in NYC. That’s me in Central Park. (That was so much fun!)
The things I would tell my 10 year old self are: You don’t feel that old. You feel young! In fact, you will become an entrepreneur after age 40! That with age, comes wisdom, experience and a new attitude that life is meant to be lived. That age is a state of mind. That you will still have audacious dreams. We all have a story to tell. It’s an ever evolving story. What’s yours?

About 2 weeks prior to your session, we will meet to discuss wardrobe, how you want to be photographed, and how you want to enjoy your beautiful portraits.

Pro Hair and Makeup
On the day of your photoshoot, enjoy professional hair and makeup. Don’t worry! You’ll still look like you - just polished up for the camera.

Guided Photoshoot
No posing experience needed! We will pose you down to the last fingertip and get a variety of expressions that reflect your personality and spirit.

Ordering Appointment
Immediately following your photoshoot, we will go through your images together and choose your favorites. Wall art? Albums? Bonus products? We will help you decide what’s right for you.
Who can participate?
All women over 40 are invited. That means women in their 40’s through their 90’s or more! We have photographed women of all shapes, ages and sizes; women with different tastes and different views of life.

Ok, let’s get this out of the way right here. First of all, you are beautiful. How do I know? Because beauty comes from within. It’s the light that’s already glowing inside you. I’m going to bring that light to the surface and let everyone see it. Secondly, being “photogenic” is a myth. It’s all about using the best light, proper posing, and genuine expressions. I specialize in modern, authentic portraits and I can give that to you too.

When have you last seen a picture of yourself that you love? Really love. Has it been 10 years? Back on your wedding day? A quick candid someone took at a get together? Listen to me: your weight is the least interesting thing about you. I can take 10 lbs off you just with posing alone! (no kidding). Trust me, let’s focus on making you feel and look amazing. You deserve these portraits. And your family doesn’t care what size you are. They love you just the way you are.

I work with a professional makeup artist and she’s the best at listening to exactly what you want. We even have visual guides here at the studio to show you, so you are both on the same page. She specializes in camera ready makeup. She knows exactly the right application to help you look great on camera - including turning up the volume on your eye makeup and adding beautiful definition to your eyes with lash extensions. She also knows what NOT to do. For example, she would never use the day-to-day products that would make you look shiny or shimmery, because on camera that would read as greasy. Instead she uses pro products that make your skin appear flawless on camera. If you’ve seen the images on my website, 100% of these women have benefited from using the services of our pro makeup artist. If there’s anything you wish to tweak before we start shooting, we can do that too!

Before your shoot, we will have a consultation to discuss how you dream of being photographed. You’ll be able to bring multiple looks. I will guide you so you choose clothing that looks fabulous on you and photographs well. Most women have items in their closet that would work just fine. I also have a studio wardrobe you can peek in to see if something catches your eye. Have a great hat you’d love to wear? Bring it!
No matter what you bring we will have such a fun time!

Yes, of course! For family members who require hair and makeup (kids under 12 and men are complimentary) there is an additional charge of $100. Feel free to claim this all for yourself though!
